The perfect ski resort for beginners with nearly 80% of the park’s terrane being wide and with a gentle incline. Uenodaira course was made for first-timers with a easy to ride standing walk way lift and gentle slope that makes speed control easy. The lift divides the run into two, one side is a designated sledding hill great for children and families. For more advance skiiers and boarders, head over to the Kita-Kabe course with good flat burn you can let loose on. Even more fun can be had on the Miya no Mori course where you can find boxes and other jibs in place.
Up-Kannabe is a very family and kid friendly ski resort with its kids area, an area dedicated to snow play. Kids can build snowmen, have snowball fights with out the worry of skiiers, sledders or snowboarders.

Oku-Kannabe is located a little further west into the northern mountains of Hyogo prefecture, about a 10 minute drive from Up Kannabe Ski Resort and is the adjoining ski resort to Mana Ski Resort. Because Oku-Kannabe and Manba share the same mountain it is possible to switch back and forth from the two via the designated trail at the summit of the No.6 lift. Courses range in difficulty from easy to difficult. Beginners can work on their turns and stops on the beginner runs and kids can take their time learning in the kids park. More expert ridders can polish up on their form as well as challenge them selves on the 3.1km long course that features a 35 degree slope.
To access the lifts on both Oku-Kannabe and Manba side you will need to purchase a common ticket. Specialty lift tickets sold for events and such can only be used at the designated ski resort, please check with sales representatives at the time of purchase.
At Oku-Kannabe you can also enjoy night skiing on the designated slopes.
